Samsung E-Commerce / DEVICE ACTIVATION
This project was complex on various fronts. The sheer number of pages (over 2,000) needed to be delivered in extremely tight deadlines. Not only did this project work with the typical legal channels, it also had to meet legal requirements from each carrier. The various customer journeys needed to be thought through and designed specific for each carrier’s unique requirements. Here is the example of the Buy One Get One promotional customer journey. In this design, I had to rethink the linear flow of a typical configurator and solve for two separate journeys that branch at every step.






Samsung E-Commerce / Samsung Upgrade Program
This new program was too complicated for customers to understand the how the eligibility and value system worked. I designed the Samsung Upgrade logo and this visual graph for customers to track their individualized progress.
Samsung E-commerce / Product cross-sell experience
To provide a premium Samsung online shopping experience, it was crucial to reduce the amount of information presented on the product cards. This redesign solved the legal requirements and streamlined the cross-sell experience.

Product registration is a key gateway for Samsung to connect with their customers. The previous design was outdated and feedback from customers complained that it was a frustrating, clunky and long process to register a product. In this redesign, I updated the look and feel to represent the Samsung premium brand and solve for the new photo upload feature.

This redesign addressed customer complaints that it was difficult to find the content they were searching for. This updated design allows the user to easily scan and download their file.

This redesign provides customers with important support and recall information related to the specific product. It was important to make these key updates accessible but not invasive to the rest of the page.







Samsung CONFIGURATOR for flagship devices
The original configurator was too lengthy (10+ pages) and poorly displayed special offers, resulting in high drop off rates. This updated design provides the customer with easy access to try various combinations of styles and pricing. This redesign also addressed the low conversion rate of cross-sells by providing customers with larger product images, a categorization of add-ons, the ability to select different color options and clear visual cues that multiple items may be added.
